The Canadian Museum of Cockroaches Collective was born from a surprising observation: the scarcity of comprehensive information on cockroaches in public libraries. Seven years ago, a personal experience with a persistent roach infestation revealed a gap in public understanding and pest control strategies. This struggle, witnessing landlords and pest control services in a losing battle, sparked the idea for a dedicated platform. We aim to create a space where academic papers can be uploaded, global pest control methods compared, and the complex relationship between humans and these creatures explored. Beyond research, an art gallery showcases roaches, a subject I've been painting for over 24 years, alongside a section for the average citizen called "Pests versus People," and a dedicated space for "Landlord versus Tenant" stories.

Perhaps most unexpectedly, you'll find the coolest designs of wearable clothing and shoes inspired by cockroaches, aiming to rival the creativity of renowned brands like Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. We also delve into the often-untold stories of "Pests versus People" and the complexities of "Tenant & Landlord Stories," offering a multifaceted view of these often-misunderstood creatures.
